- Affiggle is all about making people smile so why would we do anything to make them frown. Privacy is an important issue so we take it seriously, but we must also balance it with superior customer service. So when you sign up and/or order a product we keep some information to help make your visit easier. If you do not want us to save information, and you feel more comfortable re-entering everything every time you shop, we respect that. Also if you like our humor, we may add you to our mailing list to inform you of stuff like, when new books come out. If you receive our Simply Amusing newsletter of absoutley no importance and decide you are too busy to read it, you may always opt out.
- Also, we have decided, that if you have one of our free online marketing coupons, currently you may redeem them anonymously. That means that if all you want is the free coupon, then we will not be collecting any of your personal information. That is unfortunate because you will be missing out on a lot of fun and humor. But it's all about respecting your privacy and making people smile isn't it.
- Returns & Replacements
- Affiggle is a website with a lot of corny jokes and humor, but we run it as a business. There are no refunds on our downloadable corny joke ebooks, or humor ebooks, but we strive for superior customer service. That means if difficulities occur during the redemption of the online marketing coupons, we will make every effort to resolve the problem. This may include extending the expiration date on the coupon, re-issuing the coupon, providing a different coupon, or in some cases, refunding the purchase price of the coupon. We want to resolve any issues because happy customers are good for business.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- We take payment, it's that simple - actually it's not really, because there are tons of backend finance stuff that you never see. But basically we take online payments, and from your perspective that is about all you need to know. Oh, there are the online marketing coupons, but they are redeemed for free so that's a non issue too.
- Viewing Orders
- I'm not sure why they had me write this section, but yes you can view your orders. Isn't that what the shopping cart is for. Affiggle tries to keep everything as simple as possible, so why people have to complicate things with stuff like this, I just don't understand.
